A fundamental reform of a luxuerous villa situated right next to the golf course Las Brisas in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. The villa is equipped with our home automation system Arcos Confort. This sytem manages the indoor climat, the indoor and outdoor lightning, the alarm and security cameras together with the heating of the pool.
Because the ceiling of the livingroom was too low to include the fancoils we decided together with the owner to put the fancoil together with weatherproof conducts on the flat roof above the living.
