This project is a new build contemporary villa in Nueva Andalucía of 500 m². Total surface which is equipped with the underfloor heating/-cooling is 400 m²

We also predesigned the light plan with different light scenes to adapt it in future to the final client necessities. In various locations in the villa we also installed movement sensors to automatically switch on some lamps.
All the doors in the villa are equipped with sensors, when a door opens the aircon (fancoils) in this room will stop and the underfloor system continues.
Instead of the normal grids, we installed line grids form schako which blended in better with this modern design.
The sun blinds and the circulation system for hot domestic water are also integrated in the Arcos confort system.

We installed three 16 kW Daikin Altherma heat pumps. One off them is especially for the aircon (fancoils) in the living which is over 90 m², one is for the fancoils in the bedrooms and study and one is for the underfloor system. Two of them also produce hot domestic water.
