Extensive renovation and extension of a villa in Madroñal. The indoor climate is controlled by our Arcos Confort system. A thermostat in each room provides the desired temperature. The AC in the gym is regulated by a motion sensor.
A complex illumination plan has been designed for the villa. To have this design completely operational and easy to use, we have integrated it in the Arcos Confort system. Together with the client, we design different light 'scenes'. With the press of a single button on the screen of the tablet or computer, different combinations of lamps are turned on.

Due to the layout of the villa, a hot water circulation pipe would be desirable. The client did not want this. We have another other solution realized where all the bathrooms get hot water quickly.
